Reservations
Reservations can only be made for the next upcoming market date. To reserve a space for the upcoming market, send an email to
taylortradesmarket@gmail.com
When emailing us, please include a brief description of the items you are selling. If you are a frequent seller (more than two times per year), include your Seller's Permit.

Cancellations: Pre-paid reservations must be made 24 hours prior to event. No refunds if cancellations occur less than 24 hours.
Rain: If the market is cancelled due to rain, pre-paid reservations will applied to the next market date.
Rates and Spaces
Standard Spaces
Standard spaces are $50, subject to change. Spaces are approximately 18' X 18'.
You must bring your own table(s), or they can be rented during the day of the event for an additional $10 per day. Table rental is not guaranteed, especially during peak periods.
No tarp or blanket layouts.
No Radios or Music To avoid disturbing residents that live around the parking lot, radios and music are not permitted from vendor booths. Thank you for your understanding.
Vendors must stay within the designated selling area defined by space number on the ground. Spaces cannot be sublet. Space preference will be considered but not guaranteed. Transactions from a vehicle are not permitted. Please do not park in another vendor’s area even if it is empty.
Vendor Set Up
- Gates open at 5:30am. Market opening times are subject to change.
- Vendors are required to check in at the Main Vendor Booth.
- Cash, Venmo, and Paypal accepted. We do not accept debit or credit cards.
- Please provide your confirmation message/receipt for reserved spots to the attendant
- We reserve the right to move reserved spots to another location
- No parking or waiting on Maple Ave., in front of Vets Building prior to event.
Parking Lot Safety
- Please DRIVE SLOWLY. SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH
- Vendors leaving prior to 2pm must inform event staff, and we will escort your vehicle to the exit.
- If we determine it is unsafe to exit due to large crowds, you will be required to wait until it is safe.
- Safety for visitors and fellow vendors is our highest priority!
Vendor Break Down
- All vendors must exit the premises by 3pm.
- Please remove your garbage, trash, recyclables, boxes, packaging, and unsold items with you at the end of your selling day.
- You are responsible for visitor trash left in your assigned space
- We do not provide trash service for vendors
- Future selling privileges will be suspended if cleanup is required after spot has been vacated.

Vendors are responsible for safely securing canopies, tents, umbrellas, etc. and merchandise in the event of wind or natural disaster. We recommend securing legs with at least 20lb weights, water-jugs, or sandbags.
Food Vendors - Reservation Only
Vendors that wish to sell fresh produce (vegetables, fruits, grain, oats), home-made food (honey, peanut butter, cookies, cakes), or ready-to-eat food (popcorn, ice-cream, corn dogs), may require a
Temporary Food Operation Permit and
Seller's Permit. Space prices may vary.
Mobile Food Trucks require advance reservation and proof of Sonoma County Health permits -

Santa Rosa Limited Propane Permit. Space prices may vary.
Seller’s Permits
Vendors are responsible for observing all California State Board of Equalization rules and regulations for selling goods and services. You will need a
Seller's Permit if you sell new or handcrafted items, or sell used personal items more than two times in a 12-month period.

Acceptable Items For Sale
Allowable items for sale include antiques, vintage, household items, gardening tools, jewelry, memorabilia, power tools, sports items, music instruments and equipment, records, comic books, video games, toys, clothing, and other miscellaneous items. Please reach out to us directly if you have questions about the items you wish to sell.
Banned Items
Items not permitted include firearms, weapons, switchblades, ammunition,
live animals, cannabis, tobacco, alcohol, prescription drugs, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, medicines, ivory, nutritional supplements, polystyrene foam, stolen property, poppers, fireworks. Political and propaganda booths also will not be permitted. No open flames, fireplaces, heating units, gas or propane generators, or any other device that emits fumes or pollutants. Exceptions for food vendors.
Do not sell or attempt to sell, market, advertise, give away, or have in your possession any tangible property (i.e. counterfeit or knockoff items) or intangible (intellectual or artistic) property (i.e. pirated items) which is the subject of a copyright, trademark or tradename, which you do not own or have license or other lawful right to sell; and do not engage in any activity forbidden by copyright/trademark/tradename protection laws.
Vendors are prohibited from engaging in any activity that involves body puncturing, including but not limited to piercing of ears, noses, tongues, or any other body part, tattooing or any similar act that breaks the skin in any fashion.
Code of Conduct
Physical or verbal threats or abuse, obscene, libelous or slanderous conduct, disruptive behavior, willful disobedience, profanity, vulgarity, open and persistent defiance of authority, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the Sunday Outdoor Market.
